Question: This is kind of gross, so you've been warned!.!?

For the past month/month and a half I've had extremely horrible diarrhea!.!.!.what could cause this, and how can I gain control over my bowel movements again!?

I have no changed what I have been eating, or really any activities other than maybe sex or stress!.

Are you chewing sugar free gum or eating anything that says it's sugar free!? If so, it will contain sorbitol and that causes horrible symptoms you are experiencing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to go to the doctor!. uncontrolled diarrhea could cause dehydration!. That could lead to some serious health problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are there any other symptoms (do you have bad stomachaches or cramping, etc!.)!? You could have IBS, which is known to begin suddenly!. You might want to go visit your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
