Question: I am run down how can i perk myself up!? why do we become run down!?
I keep gettin tonsilitis i have 6 mouth ulcers in my mouth at the moment i am so tired lethargy!. I have 4 children 6,4,3,14 weeks old i need somthing to get my mojo i eat the right foods i get plenty of fresh air so i need some ideas pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all you need antibiotics to sort out those ulcers because they must be very painful!. Next you need some help looking after your children - husband, other family members, friends etc, anyone who can take them off your hands for a while and give you a break!. Next make some 'ME' time for yourself!. Give yourself a day if you can, if not a morning or afternoon, go shopping, get some beauty treatment, or even treat yourself to a long soak in the bath!. Meet up with some friends and have a coffee and chat about something that isn't related to children!. when husband gets a case of "ugh out of icky" I make him a thing called witch brew for lack of better name!.!.!.

big glass bowl for microwave!.!.!.chop up a whole big onion,cup of water, 1 or 2 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, some chicken bouillon if you want!.!.!.!.nuke till mush, 2 -4 min perhaps!.!.!.!.

strain the juice out of the mess!.!.!.let it cool a bit and drink it!.!.!.industrial strength!.!.!.!.!.might need a tums!.!.!.will kill what ever is causing the icky!.!.!.!.take multi vitamins!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
