How to get more sleep out of your sleep?!


Question: How to get more sleep out of your sleep!?
Okay, i guess im going to have to explain this better!.
Im a very busy person and can only get to bed at 12 pm each night!. I have to wake up at 7 in the morning!.
I am always tired and need more sleep, but i have no extra time for sleep and no time for naps!.
How can i continue sleeping for 7 hours each night, but for the sleep i get to recharge me more, so I feel like i got 8 or 9 hours fo sleep!?
Is this possible!?

You can't trick your body into thinking you slept for 8 or 9 hours when you've only slept for 7!. In your situation, maybe you should give meditation a try!. I've never tried it, but I've heard that a short meditation is like having a few hours sleep!.!.!.you'd have to look into it more!. Otherwise, you should try to take a quick nap during the day if possible--even if it's 15 minutes it should make you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can not get more sleep, you need to get better sleep!. I would review the information on this page http://www!.selectcomfort!.com/sleep_resea!.!.!. to see if you can improve your sleep!. For example, do you drink soda, energy drinks, or coffee!? If you drink it after 5pm it will probably be affecting your sleep later in the day!. Cafeine in these stays active in your system for over 7 hours!

If the suggestions they offer here don't help, it may be time to go to a sleep clinic and see what you can find out!. I believe that most insurance companies cover this, but you need to be referred by your doctor!. I found out I have sleep apnea about six years ago and haven't slept poorly since!Www@Answer-Health@Com
