I'm not sure if it's the best!.!.!.but it is a gateway to starting an exercise program especially if you are a self-proclaimed couch potato!.!.!.you also don't need any real money to walk!.!.!.you can do it for free!. Whether or not it is the best exercise depends on your committment to walking thirty-forty-five minutes every day!.!.!.also the rate or speed that you walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's great! low impact on joints!. swimming is also pretty good too, one of the only activities that uses just about every muscle in the body - again low impact on joints!. dance can be Very effective and is another activity that uses most every muscle in body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
