Question: Stomache question!?
ok when i eat something to fast or drink milk or what ever to fast i get a stomache ache!.!.it only happens in the morning though!.!.y!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep a food diary for 2 weeks with everything you eat & your reaction to really become aware of your triggers!.
You may have lactose intolerance (from milk) that causes stomach aches & possibly diarrhea!. Try skim milk or 1%!.
Try eating more slowly!.!.!.your stomach may be slow to "wake up" especially since it's empty!.

There may be several things going on!. You may have an ulcer!. Your stomach may not agree with certain types of breakfast food!. The food isn't being cooked well!. You may be forcing yourself to eat when your not hungry!. It would be best to go to a general doctor for more information if this persists!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
