A couple of easy changes that helped me: First cut way
back on your salt and fats!. That will help the bloating!.
Drink water only, or if you have decaf coffee or tea,
especially herbal relaxing tea like Chamomile, it would
be good for you!.
Black cohosh helped my night sweats!. Dressing lightly
in layers during the day, and very lightly at night, and
having a fan on you, can make it easier!.
Do you exercise!? Imagery work, like yoga, walking
with music, stretches, can get you in touch with your
body, and help those endorphins and good vibes to
kick in!. Swimming is fantastic if you can!.
