How can i stop stressing myself out??!

Question: How can i stop stressing myself out!?!?
im not looking for answers like "take a hot bath" or "take a deep breath and close your eyes"

i know how to relax momentarily!.!. im looking to change my mindset all together!. i look at a situation and i get anxious about what could go wrong!. it stays on my brain constantly and i get more and more worried about things the longer i think about them!.

for instance, i have a pretty intimidating schedule for my last year of highschool (next year) with all college and ap classes and im already freaking out about it and studying up on the subjects!.!. this is my vacation and im worrying wayyy too much about it!.

not just school!.!. just everything!.

its not at an anxiety level, but it is pretty major stress here lol like i feel completely exhausted alll the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used to do the same, but then I realised whatever I do, fuss about it or stop thinking about it all together, whatever's gonna happen will happen , it is not going to change if u think too much about it or don't think about it at all!.So don't worry about your future, enjoy ur present!!!!!And the best way to stay happy all the time,I think for myself is daydreaming(not really all the time)!.I love it very much!!!!!!!!Hope it will help you!.{I CAN'T send You pic files, from that address , coz it is not displayed or maybe i dunno how to send then}Www@Answer-Health@Com

on vacation focus on a sport or what you like doing on your free time from school there somethings we cant control just write things down for example plan for high school and goal for college involve the school counselor to guide you with your decisionsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Allow yourself five minutes a day to stress out all you want!. After that, move onto something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
