If you were asked to describe what a cold is, you'd probably mention sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, stuffy head, coughing, headaches and body aches!. However, those are all things that your body does to try to fight the cold virus!. A virus can't live over a certain temperature, so your body temperature may increase!. The virus takes up residence at the back of your throat/nose, so the mucus is your body trying to protect itself!. A cough happens when that nasty stuff is dripping down your throat and your body tries to clear the irritant!. Sneezing is caused by your reaction to the histamines that your body releases as it tries to fight the virus!.
Okay, so to answer your question, how did you catch it!. The virus is spread two ways - either by inhaling tiny droplets in the air that contain the virus, or by touching something that has the virus on it and then touching your nose!. The virus then travels to the back of your throat and starts replicating itself!. So, to avoid catching a cold, wash your hands frequently (and I mean WASH, don't just rinse), and keep your hands away from your face, especially your nose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Colds are caught through a bug , germ id you wish !. Could be in the air where you were at the time , or passed from someone , even someone passing you is enough to do it !.( depending on your amune system of course )Www@Answer-Health@Com
