I wear glasses, how can I do parkour without worries!. what would be better for me!?

I do parkour with my glasses on; nothing to worry about!. Unless you roll in sand, roll improperly, or accidentally fall, your glasses will never get touched!.
Basically, don't worry about your glasses as you parkour!. As long as you do everything properly, they won't fall off, get damaged, etc!.
