Answers:
The human body is approximately 62 percent water, it is called your 'water weight'!. So, while you can lose weight by sweating, it is replenished the next time you take a drink of water!. Sweating is a means of the body trying to cool itself, and the body will replace what is lost!.

The best way to lose weight is by exercise and reducing caloric intake!.

Saunas are good for getting the body to rid itself of toxins!. It is healthy to sweat, but not a weight loss plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that has more to do with them having better diets!. If you sweat you lose weight because water is about 8lbs per gallon!. If you are dehydrated because of your time in a sauna, the next time you drink water that lost water will be replenished and you will end up gaining the weight back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. But only replenish your body with water for two hours after finished sweating!. Then eat light to medium meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Permanently!? no!.
