What is UP with my sleeping habits these days?!


Question: What is UP with my sleeping habits these days!?
Once summer hit, I've been going to bed later and later!. Now it's 6 am and I still haven't slept!.

A couple nights ago, at my friends house, I was laying there, in the dark, until 6am when I finally fell asleep!.

I hate it; it makes me tired during the day!.!.!.then awake at night!.

What can I do to break this cycle and get back to a NORMAL sleeping cycle!? "/Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm breaking my habit right as I'm answering this question!. All you have to do is stay up until whenever you feel tired, sleep for 4-5 hours, get up early, and stick it out the rest of the day!. I actually havn't slept at all, but that's hard to do for some people!. Then after a long day of having little or no sleep, you can fall asleep whenever you'd like and get your cycle back to normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mines been going weird too!. at the beginning of summer, i was a normal teen, stayed on the phone/comp until about 2 am and then went to sleep and got up at about eh 11 or 12!. but here lately, i cant seem to stay up past 10 for some weirddd reason and i always wake up at about 7!. idk whats wrong but maybe its for the better because i have to get up at 6:00am for school ;) anyway idk what to tell you lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
