Question: Do You Gain Energy By Just Laying In Bed!?
I was just wondering if you actually get energy by lying in bed trying to go to sleep!? This question also asks if you can gain energy by sitting in a set for a long period of time and anything related in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is no easy question!. there is alot more to the aspects of rest which i think i might research later even!.

your brain controls everything from how you move to the burning of your food!. it cant perform properly if you stay awake even in bed since it directs the storage of food and minerals when your asleep, your muscles get repaired whilst asleep!. so it doesnt really help just resting there awake

note!. the question above about food is correct!. and coffee doesnt count it just alters the natural balance of your bodies systemsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everything you do ( movement) uses energy!. If you remain motionless you conserve energy, just like desert animals do!.
To get energy you must consume food / drink and your body stores the energy for later use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would think No, in fact I think it would be the opposite!. Now a 10 minute cat nap does wonders for me, just laying there fighting to sleep don't seem like it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you do!. cause when you sleep and wake up later, you feel really tired when you wake up right!? you don't feel any energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
