Answers:
Just remember this:

1!. You are not craving one cigarette, you are craving a lifetime full of them!.

2!. That craving will be gone in about 60 seconds, so inhale through your mouth a few times, as though taking a drag on the cigarette!. It'll go away!.

3!. You've achieved something wonderful and should plan to reward yourself!

4!. If you ever have "slip dreams" where you dream that you're smoking again, remember what a relief it is to wake up and discover it's only a dream!.

5!. GOOD LUCK!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

chew gum, go work out, keep your hands busy doing something and remind yourself the reasons for why you quit and all the benefits to it!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
