It most likely has to do with hydration and your blood sugar level (especially if you haven't eaten)!. I would be sure to try to eat a little before and after the exercise (even if it is just a piece of candy or something)!. Drinking Sweet Tea or something like Gatorade after exercise can also help!. Too much heat can also help bring on these types of headaches (can you tell I've also had some), so try to make sure that you are cooled off at least a little before when you tend to get these (sit in front of a fan or AC and get a drink)!.

Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok well maybe u should eat!.!.!.!.!.but not a big breakfast but enough to keep ya full and maybe take a bottle of water with you because u might be doin it to much because if u try to push ur self to hard!.!.!.!.u might get a headache and get sick or somthin!.

but since u get headaches and ur sights bad maybe sittin n a good place to calm u down and when u get used to controling these headaches u will & can feel a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're dehydrated and you need to eat more!. Don't skip breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
