How can I increase my balance when doing a handstand!?
And how do I increase my flexibility in my back so I can be comfortable when doing the bridge in a front walkover!?!?

One way is to do yoga!. Also, get one of the balls and practice your stretches on that, using the ball as leverage as you stretch on it, around it and over it!. overall arm exercises will help to, they will make your back and shoulders stronger, making it easier for you to balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
