im 14 and my friend has a very dark quite thick moustashe!.
im sure she must have noticed it but shes never done anything about it!.
all the boys have noticed it adn they ridicule her over it behind her back!.
do i let her do as she pleases!?
tell her about it!?

Have you tried speaking to her and asking her to see a doctor i had this problem and it turned out to be polycistic overies causing the problem stand up for her and support her there are other medical reasons for excesive hair in females but get her to see her doctor!. Wish her luck from me!.
Polycystic is treatable so please dont start panicking, Its basically cysts on your overies and it causes the female body to produce the male hormone testosterone which is why she could be getting facial hair and it can make conceiving difficult when she decides to have children but your friend really needs to speak to her doctor as they can help, your mum may know a little bit about it, dont leave this please, let us know how things go take care and lots of luck xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are a real friend wich i think you are u would tell exactly whats going on besides best friends stick together no matter what does it really matter if she hs a moustache her boy she likes or whoever shoulld like her for personality never judge a book by its cover i have eplypsi and everyone would run away because they thought i was diffrentmy firends stood by me all the way and i didnt care about them anyway so tell her exactly whats going on and tell her exactly what you said here she is pretty and apart from facail hair i would tell her so no secrets get spilled about what u think of her! Maybe its a relgion my friend cant cut facail hair and if not then have a girls day out shopping waxing sleep over make over just to show her u care!

Maybe you should get her aside quietly and tell her subtly about it!. Just explain that there are easy ways to remove the hair and it would make her more feminine and boost her confidence!. She may not want to remove it, but I think that would be unlikely!. There's no harm in telling her!.
Waxing the top lip seems to be the most popular way to remove unwanted hair!. Or if she wants it to be permanent, she could go to a specialist for electrolysis treatment!. She could ask her doctor what would be best if she's in doubt!.

PRIVATELY!.!.!.tell her as nice as possible that people are ridiculing her!. Tell her that it bothers you to know people are saying harsh things about her because you are such good friends!. Ask her to please get it waxed or something!. Be sure to telll her you mean no offense by it and that you are only concerned for her feelings!.!.!.!.
