1st of all congratulations on doing stretches! I started doing yoga when I was your age and then went on to teach yoga!. It could be several things making you feel weak and shaky!. *Your nervous system can react when muscles have been tight or tense and you start to stretch them!.*Weak muscles or tired muscles can shake when you stretch!.!.!.try to relax, rather than tense, into the stretch!.* If you eat lots of sugar and toxic junk food and drink sodas that can also make you feel weak or shaky as your body tries to get rid of the toxic waste!!!
I would say drink lots of water, eat and drink healthy and keep stretching!!!! Hope this helps! Also, ask whoever is teaching the class!. since they are there with you they should be able to be more specific in your situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
