How can I cool down???!
Question: How can I cool down!?!?!?
were going through a heatwave and i cant cool down!. we dont have an air condition and i havnt been able to sleep in 3 days!.
i took a really cold shower, got into bed soaking wet at 11pm and fell asleep til 1am but then i couldnt fall back to sleep!.
i tried using an icepack put it didnt help cause it just cooled off one part of my body
