Good relief from constipation?!

Question: Good relief from constipation!?

I get terrible constipation on a reguler basis, im not too sure why as I eat a balanced and healthy diet!. I have tried using a laxative called movicol and its been useless! What do I do!? Any other suggestions!.!.!.preferably tablets or teas!? I honestly do eat very well and am not lacking in anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
