Reoccurent mild-chronic headaches?!

Question: Reoccurent mild-chronic headaches!?
over the past week I have been getting mild-severere headaches, ranging between minor painful pulsations and more severe thuds, with 2 chronic pulsations that I can recall!. I do use a PC quite a lot and don't have a particularly healthy sleep pattern, I also have arrested non-shunted hydrochephalus!. What could cause these headaches!? They are main;y at the front of my head abov my eyes though I have had pain just above the ear, too!. It comes and goers and is not always in the same spot but I am worried because I keep getting them for nearly a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be your body trying to fight off something!. Usually if it's behind/above your eyes it means you have some sort of bug which could be why you've been experiencing the headaches for a week now!.
You need to take some time out and rest!. Sleep is the best for headaches!. Stay off alcohol and limit caffeine if you can as well, even though it's easier said than done!Www@Answer-Health@Com

any of the things you mentioned could be a cause!. Computer waves usually don't help, and the lack of sleep definitely can get you! Other causes may be that you have a sinus infection or sinus buildup from colds you may have had in the past and it is just showing now (if you didn't blow your nose, that mucus builds up and sneaks up on you after a while, giving you headaches)!. Also, you may want to consider getting some bloodwork since high cholesterol is sometimes signaled through headaches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
