Normal to be sick for almost two weeks?!

Question: Normal to be sick for almost two weeks!?
Last Friday (almost 12 days ago), I was so sick!. I had nausea, body aches and fever!. I also lost my appetite!. Now, my body isn't aching and I don't have fever!. But after I'm eating, I'm feeling slightly nauseous!. Yesterday I felt worse after eating chicken and drinking coke!. I've seen a doctor, he said it's just the flu!.

Is it normal to be sick for 12 days!? I'm still just not feeling normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Some spells of the flu can last for 2-3 weeks, even a month!. It just depends on what strain of the virus you contracted!. If your doctor isn't concerned, then there is probably nothing to be worried about!. Your symptoms seem to be disappearing one by one, so within a week or so you should be back to normal!. Just give your body a little more time to recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can take up to two weeks for your natural immunities to kick in all the way and help you feel normal!. For the most part, listen to your doctor!. Chances are you felt worse because of the coke you drank!. If you have been feeling ill as you described, the caffeine and acid in soda is going to irritate your digestive system!. Try to stick with water or make your own flavored water with some mild fruit juice (like apple, avoid the more acidic citrus fruit juices)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible to be sick with the flu for up to three months!.
People do not realize that flu is a very serious illness!.Over
20,000 people a year die from 'flu'!. The last time I had a bad
bout I was bed ridden for three weeks and felt rotten for
another two weeks!. That is why I always have a flu shot now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

less than a week=ok
a week of more=not ok

see a doctor, if so then take medicines for your aches and stuff just try to rest, dont to anything stressful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
