Can my cavity possibly gone away?!

Question: Can my cavity possibly gone away!?
I noticed what I believed was a cavity in the back of my mouth, it hurt and whenever i touched it it would sting!. Since the first day, I've taken very good care of it and it has never bothered me and its been a month since I noticed it!. I haven't gone to the dentist but i brush all the time and it hasn't at all for a long time!. Could it have possibly gone away!? I've been to a lot of sites where they say cavities never go away but does anyone thing it may have for me since I caught it so early!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think so!.
Maybe you made a mistake thinking it was a cavity, but it could have been just a toothachee!. (=Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it was to the point of that much pain, I doubt it was an "early" catch !.!.!. if it is "better" you might have had something stuck inside your gum at the base of a tooth that was digging in or even causing an infection !.!.!.

If it was a cavity causing pain that severe, no, it would not have "gone away" and rebuilt the tooth up in a single month !.!.!.

If it was something stuck or infected at the base of a tooth, yes, it could have healed or gone away !.!.!.

if you are positive it is a cavity, you should see a dentist !.!.!. even if the pain has subsided !.!.!.

you could also have cracked a tooth or some other oral injury that could cause that kind of pain !.!.!.

if it is a big black hole that you can see !.!.!. you may have damaged the nerve of the tooth by waiting so long !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Holes in your teeth (cavities), never go away!. It is possible though that there is more problems occuring under the surface of your tooth and it caused the nerve to die!. When the nerve in your tooth dies, there is no more pain!. However the tooth will still rot and you should get it taken care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The flouride in toothpaste keeps it in check!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
