Question: When you get your wisdom teeth out!.!.!.!?
do they do the novacaine before or after the anaesthesia!. because the only thing i'm a little nervous about is the shots :/Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was so scared about the whole shots/i!.v!. thing, but I was "gassed out" before anything was done!. It was crazy, they had me count backwards and next thing I knew they were waking me up and finished!. Totally easy!. Also I was so anxious about the surgery that the dentist prescribed me some Valium to take the night before the surgery and the morning of to chill me out!.
In retrospect, they may have given me the Novocaine first, but I have had SO many cavities that Novocaine shots barely phase me anymore!.!.!.but I am deathly afraid of needles anywhere else still!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I got mine out they just used novacaine - no anaesthesia!.
They said I wouldn't need it, that process was simple & painless!. They were right!. It was easy as pie! The shots hurt just a tiny bit, like a pinch, but just for a moment!. Then they pulled out the teeth!. I felt no pain, just a little pressure and tugging!.

When I got mine out they did the Novocaine before, so that I was awake to open my mouth!. It doesn't hurt, don't worry!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
