I get a bad sinus infection at least once a year, so I can totally understand what you're going through!. Claritan and Benadryl are both anti-histamines!. They are good for allergies (runny nose), but not for sinus infections / clogs!. They dry up the sinus fluid, making it harder to come out!. The best thing that works for me is Sudafed (a decongestant)!. You should get the one that is sold behind the counter (ask the clerk or pharmacist for it), not the Sudafed PE version (it is less effective)!. Also, breath-right nasal strips are good for relieving some congestion and allowing you to breathe better through your nose!. Another thing that works for me is a really hot, steamy shower!. You can also heat a pot of water on the stove (to near boiling), turn off the flame, put a towel over your head and place your face over the steamy water!. This will help loosen stuff up!. But, trust me!.!.!. Sudafed (the original) works great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried Benedryl!?
I know with my harsh allergies, Claratin doesn't even work!.
Benedryl always hits the spot!. But it makes you sleepy!.
Feels great though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chew on some strong minty gum!. That always clears my sinuses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
