Anyone use the Vegetal Silica vitamin for their hair and skin?!

Question: Anyone use the Vegetal Silica vitamin for their hair and skin!?

I have been using it for two weeks along with Apple Cider Vinegar and plenty of fluids and my skin seems to be clearing up!

Has anyone been using this for a while to let me know if there are changes in their hair or skin!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi! yes I used it a while back as i wanted my hair to grow long, it didnt make it grow faster, but made my hair really glossy and shiny and the added bargain was that my skin became clearer and healthier, and less greasy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
