Lower back ligament inflammation?!


Question: Lower back ligament inflammation!?
My mom went to the doctor today for back pain and it turns out that she has lower back ligament inflammation!. He's given her some medicine for treatment!. Is there anything else she should do in order to help her heal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take ibuprophen 200 mg every 4 hours and 800 mg at bedtime only!.!.rather than muscle relaxants!.!.!.
