I want to start an assisted living. Can I charge 2 or 3 months at the beginning !


Question: I want to start an assisted living!. Can I charge 2 or 3 months at the beginning per person!?
In other words, I am going to ask $2,500 per person each month!. Can I ask $5,000-$7,500 per person upfront for the first 2-3 months!?
I want to do that so that I would have time to find another resident in case someone wants to leave right away without notice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
