Does radiology require good people skills?!

Question: Does radiology require good people skills!?
I am a college senior and am trying to figure out my career path!. My people skills are not that good and thats why I think maybe I should not try to be a doctor!. I I believe I have a decent shot to get into an ok medical school, but I am wondering if I should do something else such as geology, accounting or actuarial math!. They all do not require much people skills!. I believe can get into a fairly good geology ph!.D!. program!. I would have to start all over if I wanted to do accounting or actuary!. Can I be a radiologist and still not have good people skills!? I can communicate well in writing but not so much verbally!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Radiologist today do not really need people skills!. You will be diagnosing over the computer of MRI, CT scans and so forth!. So the only people you will probably be dealing with are talking on the phone to doctors and nurses!. But I am assuming during hospital time for school you will be dealing with a lot of different medical and non medical people!. People skills come in time with experience!. Maybe get a small retail job while going to radiology school so you can build people skills!. It is good to have people skills regardless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
