How can i stay awake for the rest of the day?!


Question: How can i stay awake for the rest of the day!?
"insomnia means never having to say 'good morning'"

heres the deal, i stayed awake all night and i have to babysit later around 5 until 10:30pm

what can i do until then not too fall asleep(once i get there and have stuff to do i will be fine) !?
please dont suggest energy drinks or tea or coffee, those only make me sick and have to pee!.

is there any pill i can take!? like excedrin or something, that i would have around the house, you know, like basic home medicines everyone has

ive already taken a shower
so basically ive just been sitting around watching movies, i really dont want to fall asleep because i was trying to make myself tired enough that i wouldnt have to deal with being so awake tonight so id fall into dead sleep, you know!?

dont suggest excercise, my body is exhausted and last time i went for a run when i did this, i crashed when i got home!.

Simply enough, drinking water!. It's pure, it helps your body to sort of liven up!. Also, listening to music!. Not slow crap either!. I know these first-hand!. I'm a partial insomniac myself!. If you're in the position to do so, spend this time to catch up on social contacts, like calling people and things like that!. It will help, I promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should take a shot of guarana!. It is available in capsules and a fine powder, and they are available at vitamin stores!. It's cognitive effects are positive: i!.e!., it increases alertness, memory, mood, and physical endurance!. This is much better than just drinking coffee in the morning, and a couple shots of guarana usually does the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find that drinking orange juice and water helps me, also eat foods that have a lot of protein in them and whole grain foods, stay away from foods that have a lot of sugar in them, they will just make you crash faster once the sugar works itself out of your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever your do don't take the pill it just makes it worse, cause if energy drinks mess you up just think about the pills!. Try drinking like a soda that migjht do the trick it does for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
