Question: Can coke cause headaches in the morning!?
I usually drink diet coke, but when i'm out I drink regular, I limit my self to 2 diet cokes then at day's end I drink 2-3 regular,

Ya know my first guess is that you may be dehydrated!. Coke (regular) is made from high fructose corn syrup which can in turn worsen dehydration as the body processes it!. You also seem to be drinking quite a bit as well!. You may also be reacting to the numerous chemicals in diet coke as well since those effects can be delayed as your body works through it!.
I would really try replacing a coke or two (diet or not) with 3 or 4 glasses of water to see if that has any effect!.
I have chronic headaches, so I've learned what makes them worse by intermittently cutting things outta my diet/environment to pinpoint them!.

Of course, It's withdrawal,/ hangover effect!.
Everyone I know, and me don't drink caffeine get headache next day!. Drink caffeine goes away!.
This effect can happen with OTC pain pills too!. like Advil etc!. less common though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's actuallt the lack of caffiene in your body causing the headaches!. Caffiene is used in the treatment of headaches!. Look at the ingredients on a bottle of Excedrine!.!.!. acetaminophine, aspirine and caffiene!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
