How does one get high on life?!

I wouldn't think of judging you!. I might be wrong - but if your'e question is serious then you are ready to grow!. Born in the late sixties that's pretty much what all of my friends were doing as well, but I knew I wasn't happy!. I tried to think of what made me feel good, what made me the happiest and then it was really clear!. I'll tell you what worked and still works for me now, 30 years later!. It works for my daughter, and now my granddaughters, at 5 and 3, are already involved in their own ways!. Just knowing that you're ready for a change you can be sure you are ready to make your'e life matter!. When you do that you also makes things better for others as well!.
