Answers:
It all depends on the person's health condition!.

For example, smoking diabetics will get complications of blockage in their veins and artheries thereby causing lost of blood flow usually in the extremities and then get gangrene!.

And of course, smoking has a sinister direct impact in one's respiratory system!.

Smoking is associated to and with many diseases and complications!.

Smoking can and will have bad effects on one's health over the long haul, and that is already medically true!.

That goes the same with coal inhalation, gas fumes, allergens, etc!.

Carbon monoxide is odorless but extremely fatal when inhaled on considerable length of time and to one's capacity to endure the exposure!.

So, I say, the part of your question that "smoking does not affect others", is wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not incorrect but simply mistaken!. The bpdy is choked by the how do you say!.!.!.filth that infratraes the body!. Nicotine causes yellow teeth, addiction and depression!. To come to think of it!. THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BAN ALL NICOTINE IN CIGERATES! It would'nt hurt anyone is they did, hell I don't see why not!.

But yes cmoking kills your cells, some people have stronger cells than others, but trust me their bodies will fail sooner or later its only a matter of time!.
