Sleeping strategies?!


Question: Sleeping strategies!?
Hey people!. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get a better night of sleep!? Personally, I go to bed around 9:30 or 10:00 p!.m!. But I don't end of falling asleep until (sometimes) 12:00 a!.m!. or later!.

When I'm trying to fall asleep I keep thinking about things!. That's probably my main problem!. I spend a lot of time thinking about things and then I loose a couple of hours of sleep that way!.

Another reason is, sometimes is too hot in my bedroom!. I do have a fan and I have it pointing to me but, it's not a very strong one!. And then sometimes it's too cool!.

Oh, and then when I do wake up I don't feel like moving!. This may sound odd, but when I wake up every part of my body but my legs and thys feel like moving!. My legs just feel so comfortable and they don't want to move!. I wake up at a decent time sometimes but due to my legs I don't get going until around 10:00 a!.m!.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could sleep better!? Any ideas are greatly appriciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop drinking caffiene, don't smoke, don't work out before you go to bed, see your doctor for help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really wish i could help but i need help too!.!.!.i keep the tv on all nigt i drink soda all night(caffine free)and yes it is the hottest room in my house but i think that thurning the lights out and shutting your eyes helps!.!.!.also you shouldent eat 2 or 3 hours before going to bed because it will keep you awake and another thing that helps me is shutting my eyes and thinking about a dream like going on a date or seeing barney you know something that you like and that is another reason that will make you want to ssee more and you will easily fall asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
