where your nasal passage and your throat meet there is a flexible flap of skin connected to your uvula and when this gets to cold it gives to a brain freeze, it is your body's way of telling you not to eat what you are eating because it is to cold, to get rid of it put your tongue on this flap of skin and it should subside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
