Question: If i go to bed late at night and wakes up in the later afternoon is that bad!?

It's not technically bad for your health to stay up late and sleep all morning, but it might make your life more difficult!. It depends on your lifestyle, but you may end up needing to get up in the morning and the transition isn't all that easy!.

Plus, there's theories that sleeping your days away can lead to depression, especially in the winter, if you stay up all night and then sleep until late afternoon when it's getting dark again!. The only risk I think is to your mental health, but you know yourself better than anyone!. In the summertime, I should think it wouldn't make a lot of difference!.

If you're worried about it, I suggest trying to readjust your clock!. Maybe setting an alarm for early in the morning, or sleeping until noon and then having a really active day, which will make you tired by, maybe, midnight!.

In the end, you have to do what's right for you, but remember, there's no such thing as "too much sleep!." :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

only if you have to be somewhere, such as school, work, a wedding, or a bat mitzvah, or other function such as a carnival, funeral, or dentist appointment!. Other appoinments may be a sale, a manicure, a tour of a museum, a concert, or a tea party, or even a costume party!. Depends on what kind of life you lead!. My husband works third shift throughout the week and off on the weekends!. On the weekends, it is hard for him to sleep!. So he pretty much goes to bed late, and sleeps most of the day!.
