Tongue biting?!
Question: Tongue biting!?
over the past week i have woken up FOUR times to intense pain from biting my tongue through sleeping!. i have woke up still biting the tip of my tongue!. i have no idea why!. its just started happening over this last week!. and it happened again yesterday!. is there any reason why im biting my tongue while im sleeping!? is there any way i can prevent doing this!?

have a tongue retainer in your mouth at night while sleeping to prevent this from occurring!. also pls check to make sure your tongue is not infected although sore and in pain!. Get well soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
