Question: I don't want to eat anymore!!Am I sick please read!!!?
For the past week and a half I have hardly eaten anything!. I ate like 5 twizzlers, two bites of a pretzel and two bites of a pop tart!. I have been hungry but when i take a few bites I am no longer hungry!.!.I have been stressed a lot lately, where it feels like I have bad anxiety, and my heart rate is really high!.!.!.!.I drink water And I am trying to eat but I can't stomach it!.!.anyone else have this problem or had!.!.any adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have had this same feeling before!.!.I felt like it for like 2 weeks!. I couldn't eat much at all drank a lot of water and just felt fine!. Just try to get through this period and TRY as hard as you can to eat and make sure when you do it its something that with fill you up fast!.!.so nothing like snacks!. Or just try and stomach a light salad!. At least itll help your body!. And if it occurs for more then another week go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you had history with anorexia or at least limiting your food intake a great deal, to lose weight!?
i have the same problem and didn't know what to attribute it to, my body adjusting to eating more or some other problem!.
just force yourself to eat when you can, i know a lot of times even forcing yourself doesn't work!. when you have small opportunities of hunger INDULGE to get your stomach to start accepting food better!?
this is one of those vague symptoms that i can never pin point to any definite OR probable cause other than stress and getting over an eating disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably just down to stress!. I'd advise going to see a doctor!. If you're genuinely not hungry as opposed to denying yourself food, it doesn't sound like you are developing an eating disorder!. You don't seem very concerned about body image or calories, so your wording suggests that this is a physical thing, so a visit to the doctor seems like the best idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress and anxiety will make your appetite die!. So try so hard to relax and clear your mind!. Whatever kind of stress is that i am sure you will get over it!.

Go out entertain yourself, watch a movie, go to the salon and spa!.!.!.!. THINK POSITIVE!!!

You should go to your family doctor and tell him what you have just written!. It sounds like you have anixety problems, I would need a little more detail to really answer your question fairly!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
