i have researched this for hours on end, as i want one too - but my husband wont let me!!! i dont know if you are in uk but same applys i suppose!. DO YOUR RESEARCH!. only go to someone who has done loads and loads of these procedures before, ask to see all their certificates and evidance of previous ops!. try and go to a surgery that you have heard of before i!.e!. harley street medical!. they may be a little more expensive but at least you can be sure you are getting an expert surgeon!. and at many of the popular well known surgeries they will have worked on celebs and so you can see the results!.
