It depends!. Most places have an open or partially open one now where you can see out the bottom!. They are not scary!. They are very noisy though!. They will give you ear plugs and put music on but you can still hear it!. Lots of tapping, kind of like a construction site!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I went for one today and could not stay in it!. Very scary!. Will never do it!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
