Go for the adventure of life with a smile on your face and see if the world doesn't smile with you!. Think positively and look for the humor in the things around you!. Why did God make the Platypus!? Don't be afraid!. You'll be surprised what you can live thru!. As time passe's and you grow!. you'll be able to look at what you've done and be able too say!.

Friends are always Good!. I have a group of guys that I have hung with since 6th grade!. That's 33+ years ago!. We all have are different abilities!. 1 of mine is writing!. And it doesn't matter on the golf course who is better (one of us is a "scratch" golfer, no handi-cap) we're all there too have a good time and laugh at me as I play the tree's, sand , water!. !. !. !.

You will be OK Kid!. Just take small steps and look for the positive in You!.

Actually, I do, I have a low esteem too, so when I do, I talk to some one, I usally talk to my best friend, he tells me to snap out of it, and just keep my head up high, and to just see all the wonderful things I do have in my life,
so you should just think about all the wonderful things you have, and all the wonderful things about you, and feel blessed that you are a wonderful person, and not worse off then you could be, and everything will just work out, people with low self esteem are usly the best people, they just can't see it, so I'm telling you, you are a very wonderful person!. trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first ask yourself why you are low in self esteem!? Is it because you think you are fat or not smart enough!? Here's somethings I think about and do to try and make myself feel better!.
-It's really not healthy towards your body to have low self esteem!. It brings on stress which is bad on the body and mind!. So try meditating, or figuring out your good chakra points and your bad ones so you can become more intuned with your body!.
-Working out gives out a good feeling which can lift your happiness!.
-Eating healthy can give you a sense of pride and confidence that you are doing something good for yourself!.
-Be glad that you are normal by standards!. You have a head, body, hands, feet!.!.!.etc!. So be happy there is nothing wrong with you!.
-Look in the mirror every morning and tell yourself that you are beautiful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to be very, very self conscious myself!. I found that focusing on ways that I could improve the parts of myself that I was self conscious about really helped!. Along with that, it's also a matter of realizing that you're beautiful to someone, and I'm sure there are many appealing qualities about yourself!. It took me a long while but I finally feel good about myself and have realized that other people's opinions should not affect the way i live my life and how I feel about myself!. A healthy diet and exercise! Even if it's just walking is wonderful for you and you'll feel good about yourself for doing it!.

Remember, you are YOU! YOu must love yourself for other peole to love you!. Look in the mirror and find the good things about you and concentrate on them!.!.!.learn to love yourself!.!.practice on smiling in front of the mirror and keep that pretty smile on your face at all times!.

The most popular people are the ones that are always out going and have a smile and a kind word for everyone! Treat people the way you want to be treated!.

Accept people for who and what they are and you will be accepted for who and what you are! To get respect, you must give respect!

sometimes what we think is low self esteem, is just about being shy!. when we grow up we learn to be more bold than when we are quite young!. you should remember that you are not different than anyone else!. you have the same qualities as others, the same wants and same needs!. look into the mirror, accept yourself as you are!. you are not too tall, too short, too thin, too heavy, you are who you are supposed to be!. it's okay to be you!. others are not you, they are what they are as you are you!. don't delve into the depths of what everything means about everything!. just enjoy life, do what you know to be right and go about your life!. we all feel the same as you do at some point in our lives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find someone who realy cares for you and see's you for who you are!. Practically every girl I know suffers from the same thing!. Girls are very pressured nowadays and it can sometimes be hard to find a booster!. But believe you me, it will come, as long as you keep your chin up and look at the true you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps you need to join a Toastmasters Group!.
