Anxiety attack in the morning?!


Question: Anxiety attack in the morning!?
Lately I have been feeling a lot of anxiety, especially after I wake up!. My heart will be racing, my veins are pumping, I'm shaky, my arms feel weak, & overall I just don't feel right!. This feeling is most prominent when I wake up, but carries through the rest of the day!. It feels like some sort of an anxiety attack!.

I have been going through a hard time emotionally for the past few months, but this just started about a week ago!? What could this be!? How can I control it or make it go away!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This does sound like an anxiety attack!. You may have a lot on your mind when you go to sleep and have bad dreams at night without even knowing and thus; wake up agitated!. I go through something similar and it helps for me to wind down completely before bed!. Although I may have things that trouble me on my mind, it helps to read and practice deep-breathing before you sleep!. If you can calm your mind before bed, you may not wake up as agitated!. Make sure you are receiving enough support from loved ones you trust regarding the situation that is causing you emotional pain!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
