I'm not eating right?!


Question: I'm not eating right!?
I recently broke up with my boyfriend, and since then i havn't been able to eat any meals!.
In about a week, I've eaten a pear, a slice of bread, a scone, and 3 crisps!.
I also havn't been sleeping properly!.
I've been trying to get out to keep my mind off the breakup, but the things I'd normally do- cycling, swimming!.!.!.- I'm rubbish at, because i have no energy!.

Thats happened to me before and it lasted about 3 weeks!. I lost 10kg and went down to 45kg, crazy times but it gets easier and if any thing you may come out better!. Just keep positive and try and stay around friends to keep your mind off things!. Have some you time too, paint your nails or something! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

The fact that you are not eating is a symptom to the bigger problem that needs to be addressed!.!.!. and that's the pain you are experiencing as a result of your recent breakup!. The only way to return to a normal lifestyle is to reduce or eliminate that pain!. One way is to find someone to talk to!. If you have a good friend someone you can confide in then go out for lunch and open up!. Another thing I encourage is to look within yourself and your life; are you happy with the person you are!? Remember that *no one* can make you happy or feel fulfilled but yourself!. Once your happiness comes from within you will naturally be more inclined to resume a normal and healthy lifestyle!. you need to move on and i hate to say it but the best way to do that is to find another guy to crush on!.!.!. maybe find a cute guy and have him take you out to dinner!.!. that'll kill 2 birds with 1 stone!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
