Question: Can video games cause brain damage!?
Well I play video games a few hours a day, mostly on the computer so I am pretty close to the screen, so can I get brain damage or go blind or something from it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably strain your eyes sitting that close to it, but it's not going to give you brain damage unless someone picks up the screen and smashed it over your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Brain damage, no!. Eye strain or other eye damage, yes!.
I've read that you should give your eyes a rest every 20 minutes by focusing on something 20ft away for 20seconds!.

yeha too many flashing lights may come to fast to your eyes making it hard to your brain to process the sight in your eyes quick enough in motion!.

i play video games (on tv) a few hours a day, ive gotten staight As in school since i started letter grades up to sixth (im going into 7)!. it might be possible, but i dont think it will happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well I've heard that it can damage the synapsies in your brain!. I'm not exactly sure what that could do but I know that you should be outside getting vitamin D and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
