Maybe thats y yoga, mediation and breathing exercises are good for the body, u increase/control the oxygen levels in ur body and the oxygen absorbed in ur blood!.!.!.!.etc

Alright, here's the basic deal, this article has a whole lot of speculation mixed into the facts!. There are SOME diseases that are anaerobic, as well as some anaerobic strains of bacteria!. You know how aerobic excersize (like jump roping) makes you breath more and you require more oxygen to do it!? Well anaerobic excersize (like weight lifting) does not require more oxygen!. Similarly aerobic bacteria/diseases require more oxygen to survive while anaerobic bacteria does not, and some of these anaerobic illnesses can not live in enviroments with large amounts of oxygen!. So HIV and other similar anaerobic illnesses can't be spread in oxygen rich enviroments, kinda the reason why you can't get HIV from toilet seats if you want to put it in laymen's terms!. Now while it would SEEM to follow that if we wanted to kill of these illnesses we could just fully oxygenate a person's body this is not the case!. While oxygen therapy can be beneficial you can not fully oxygenate anyone's system as too much oxygen can be harmful to the terciary structure of vital organ systems!. If that doesn't make sence to you take blood for example!. While blood carries oxygen to all of your cells because of the high iron content in blood it can not survive in overly oxygenated inviroments!. If blood is introduced to too much oxygen at one time iron oxide (or rust) forms, causing blood to harden as solidify, as seen in scabs and "dried blood!." The conversation on full oxygenation creates an interesting theory, however it is unlikely to work in practice as it is currently being discussed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
