Question: What could the problem be if you have pain around the heel and you do alot of walking at work!?

If you can't stop working!.!.!.!.like most people, it is clear you need to stretch regularly before during and after your working day!. Stretch that heel by standing on the edge of a step and hang your heels off of it, or sit with your legs out in front of you and pull your toes (fully supported by your hands) to your face and breath deeply into your tummy!. That should take the edge off of the pain for as long as you stretch!. It takes time!.!.!.and drink lots of water!.!.!.if you are consuming lots of toxins and you are on your feet alot that is where all the toxins are pooling!. Lots of water helps to prevent pooling!. Is it a sharp pain!? It may be a heel spur!.!.a small piece of bone that hooks off the bottom of your heel!.!.

It might just also be from you being on your feet all the time!.!.!.time for some good shoes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a bone spur!. I had one and had a cortisone injection for it which really hurt but it worked!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
