Answers:
DXM is an abbreviation for dextromethorphan!. Depending on how much you take, it can get you -VERY- high and messed up!. It does not permanently change your appearance however if your on it it is possible for people to tell that your on something or intoxicated!. You may slur, walk funny, and even vomit!. DXM is in cough syrup and some other cold medicines!. Look at the active ingredients on the medicine bottle and make sure dextromethmorphan is the only one if you are going to try it because if it has other active ingredients you are more likely to overdose!. It is very hard to OD on just dxm!. Check out this website and become informed before you try anything k!? Scroll down and click on the questions and read the answeres!.
