I am so tired and I got 10 hours of sleep... What can I do?!


Question: I am so tired and I got 10 hours of sleep!.!.!. What can I do!?
I have gotten 10 hours of sleep and I don't feel like getting up out of bed!. What is wrong!?
I even ate breakfast and took my vitamins!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probably woke up in the middle of a r!.e!.m cycle, that's when you are in deep sleep!. Try to wake up in between those cycles and you won't feel tired!. I heard that they are about 2 hours, so you should wake up in between the 2 hour intervals!. It may not be 2 hours for your though because i know that I need exactly 6 hours and 15 minutes of sleep so that means a r!.e!.m cycle for me is about 2 hours and 5 minutes!. You should not sleep for only 6 hours, because it's not normal (i've talked to my doctor, and i can function perfectly fine with that amount of sleep, but it's definately not normal for other people so get more sleep than that), so try to find out how long you need to sleep by going to bed at a certain time and not setting an alarm and waking up when you don't feel tired!. you will know how much sleep you should be getting then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're in your teens, you probably need the extra sleep!.

But if you stay up too late and get up too late it may be an imbalance to your body's sleep cycle!. I've heard to try a routine: bed at 10pm up at 6 or 7 am (yeah, I know 6 or 7!!?!)

Also, exercise may help you feel more awake since your blood will be pumping and endorphins will release!.

I use a cup of morning coffee and a brisk 3 mile walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe all you need to do is exercise for some reason when you exercise you feel energized the day after and also it depends on the type of food etcWww@Answer-Health@Com
