Are naps good?!


Question: Are naps good!?
Is it good to take an hour evening nap!? I am 16!. Will it effect my concentration later on in the evening!?

it is good to take a 30 minute nap to revitalize yourself!. if you exceed thee 30 minute mark, then it becomes unhealthy!. take naps when you know that you will be deprived of sleep later on the night!. it wont hurt your ability to focus, but will in fact help you to concentrate!. Yes, a mid day nap is wonderful to rejuvenate you mid-day!. Just make sure that your power naps don't last more than an hour and that you don't sleep after 5 p!.m!. or it will disturb your nightly sleep cycle, (and that's no good either!)

I eat in the office and use my 1 hour lunch break to take a nap in my car!.!.!.otherwise I just wouldn't make it through 14 hour work days!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you really need to then go ahead, but my mom hates when I do because then i'm not as tired when i'm really supposed to go to sleep so i stay up later that night and then wake up later the next day!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

what ever your body really need, then its good!.

if you're tired and sleepy, just take a short nap!. remember to put alarm clock to wake you up!. after 1-2 hours!.

oversleeping for a nap is bad!. coz you'll find youself more tired and harder to sleep at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I read recently that taking naps was good!. It appears to be one of those things that your body gets used to over time!. I think it is good as I have much free time during the day but need to be up early and late!. It is a good way for my body to get it's 8 hrs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Naps work for some people and do not work for others!. Your best answer is to try the nap and see if it does improve your concentration!. Personally, if I even sleep late-forget nap-I can't get to sleep at night!Www@Answer-Health@Com

they say anything longer then a 15 minute nap is bad!. i read that after 15 minute you go into a deep sleep!. so if you nap you will still wake up sleepy!. but a 15 minute power nap is said to be good for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

no, naps normally rejuvenate the mind and body to help it along!.!.!.gives it a 'boost' i guess you could say!.

Naps are the best!.!.!.however if you take on in the evening you might just be more tired throughout the night, or won't be able to fall asleep until really late!. Go for an afternoon nap!Www@Answer-Health@Com
