Others say yes but I do not know if they base it on their own personal experience!. If I were you, I wouldn't risk cutting my eyelashes because there is no proof of this!. But I can prove that this is true to babies!. I've cut my baby's eyelashes when she was 5 mons!. and it grew back!. But if you truly like to get great eyelashes then put on some mascara instead!. yes they do!. but if you are trying to make them grow longer it wont work by just cutting them!. just wear mascara if you want them longer of fuller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
