Question: I see flashes of light when i look left and right really quickly!?
Right i noticed it other night for some reason i was looking left and right really quickly and i see these flashes of light!. They only happen when i do this and when its pitch black!. it seems to go after a while too so is it my eyes ajusting to the dark!. Also the times ive noticed it is when im about to go to bed, after watching telly or being on the computer!.

It is normal!. It is only the retinal cells being activated by the pressure change rather than light!. It is not harmful in any way!. (You can do a similar thing if you press on your closed eye with your finger)Www@Answer-Health@Com
